We are happy to announce that we have been selected as a Devon Elevation fund project and awarded a grant to develop our work ‘Creating Spaces for Leadership.’ The grant was awarded to Transition Tradition as part of the UK Community Renewal Fund supported by Devon County Council and the UK Government.
Transition Tradition is a boutique consultancy informed by learning from the human sciences. We currently work with clients in person, via video conferencing platforms (eg. Zoom, Teams etc) and utilising a range of physical and virtual resources. We create bespoke development solutions for individuals, teams and organisations, which focus on increasing leadership capacity and enhancing organisational culture.
Since the start of the pandemic, we have adapted to the necessity of predominantly remote delivery, which in turn has led us to think imaginatively about recreating some of the ‘embodied’ elements of face-to-face delivery. We are now excited to critically explore a wider range of technologies (such as mixed reality) and platforms to enable us to best support new and existing clients. Over recent weeks we have undertaken feasibility testing and in the coming months we look forward to delivering new services. This grant will enable the team at Transition Tradition to continue to develop innovative spaces in which we can support individuals, teams and organisations from across the world to achieve their goals.
